Free 26 inspection points for all vehicles that are brought in!

Truth to be told, when I was first invited to check out CitiCars Automobile Service Centre @ The Gardens Mall Midvalley, I had my reservations on how it would be done, specifically on how well done the service job will be. Will my car end up being worse off than before it came here? Rest assure, after a visit to this place, all my fears were laid to rest, as the professionalism of their staffs, and high tech equipments both work towards giving your vehicle an effective oil change.

Upon arrival, the service centre itself is located on the P2 basement of The Gardens Mall, within walking distance to the nearest escalators up to the mall. How convenient is that? No more heat while we wait for our cars to get serviced, as we can easily just walk up to shop to our hearts' content. I brought my white Kia Forte there, and was introduced to the various service packages, where I went for the RM298 which offered the Shell Helix Ultra Fully Synthetic Oil complete with the 26 points inspection, an original Kia oil filter and various extras.

It's rather interesting that CitiCars is currently offering the 26 points inspection FREE for anyone that drives in, with no obligations to service nor change any parts. What's part of the 26 points? Well, I've taken the liberty to list down exactly what would be checked below.

The oil change was done relatively mess-free and effective using their oil suction machine. Sucking up the old dirty black oil like drinking from a straw, fresh new Shell Helix Ultra Fully Synthetic Oil can be poured in giving my car a renewed 10,000km of ride. Of course, to change the oil filter, the mechanic still has to jack up my car and crawl underneath to do it the old school method. No complains there though.

Do note that at CitiCars Automobile Service Centre, after the 26 point checks are performed, any parts which needs to be changed will be informed upfront, and customers are under no obligations to change it. If however you want to change any of the parts which are either faulty or have worn out, CitiCars are very prompt in getting the parts in, ensuring a relatively quick and hassle-free replacement, at a appropriate cost of course.

Leaving your car to do shopping at The Gardens Mall posed no issues at all, as once the mechanics have completed servicing or repairing your vehicle, they will give you a call. You do not even have to come back immediately, as there will be ample space for the to park your car until you are ready to collect your ride. The receipt for servicing is also itemized according to what has been changed, leaving no doubts at all on CitiCars honesty and responsibility to ensure your car is ready and fit.
