This little bugger is getting some lovin' in North America... |
Smart ED Edition
Another great month for the Canadian EV Market, with some 566 units sold, placing the EV Share at 0,26%.
At the top, there's nothing much to declare than the usual hierarchy, Chevrolet Volt and Nissan Leaf are the usual Top Dogs, but the race for Third spot is becoming interesting, with Tesla having to defend itself from Smart, in the YTD ranking the distance between Tesla and the others is shrinking, and in the last two months, Smart has been #3 (79 sales, best performance until then) in July and #2 this August, with 133 sales, a new personal best, and only the fourth model to reach the three digit zone in a single month.
Other than that, let's salute the Caddie ELR beating its sales record for the second time in a row, selling...10 units, while at the bottom of the ranking we see the landing of the 918, Porsche's new hypercar.
