Xda developer linuxxxx has made a great application for Windows and Unix ( download from below ) which will allow users to control , manage your device from pc . The application is very noob friendly and can be easily controlled .

How to Install Xiaomi Tools on Windows -

Step 1. Download Xiaomi Tools for Windows from Below .

Step 2. Extract the downloaded package using any rar extractor .

Step 3. You will get XiaomiTool windows folder inside the package .

Step 4. Rename that folder to XiaomiTool

Step 5. Make sure ADB and Fastboot are working well on your device and they're both on a %PATH% (C:WindowsSystem32 for example) folder .

Step 6. Now open that folder and Run Start.bat File .

Step 7. Your deivce must be connect to PC .

Step 8. Choose your device using Number keys -

1 for Xiaomi Mi2 (s)

2 for Xiaomi Mi3 

3 for Xiaomi Redmi 1s

Step 9. Now use it Just type numbers and follow the steps , Do what you want to do - like push apk's , Install roms , etc ..
