The Bronze Medal has never been closer, i3...

Leaf - 6 Model S - 3 Edition

Another win for the Leaf (34 units), the third in a row, but with the production constraints out of the way, now it's the moment of truth for the Model S, will it deliver record numbers in the near future or is this a case where just there isn't enough demand to get at #1?

Another month above the 100 units for the Danish market (128 registrations), with the EV Share rising a bit (0,02%) to 0,67%, making it the ninth market in EV Share, before Switzerland (0,64%), and after the USA (0,70%).

Looking at the models ranking, the race for #3 is getting interesting, with the #4 BMW i3 (26 sales last month) just three units behind the VW e-Up! (Just 5 units sold), in fact the little VW runabout in the last three months has only sold 12 units...If these poor performances continue, even the #5 Renault Zoe has a chance of passing it.

In this predominantly BEV market, there was a leadership change in the PHEV class, with the Outlander PHEV surpassing the Opel Ampera, while in the LCV class, the Nissan e-NV200 is cementing its leadership position regarding the french competition, while at the same time helping Nissan (36% share) with the leadership in the manufacturers ranking, ahead of Tesla (32%) and Volkswagen (11%).
