In iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite, you can now delete iCloud tabs from any device connected to your iCloud. Just go to iCloud tabs, and delete them by clicking on the "x" on a Mac, or swipe to the left on an iCloud tab on an iOS device. It's that simple! I hope this helps!
