The e-NV200: The first electric real seven seater

Winter Edition

The spanish EV market usually has a slow start and this year is no different, but with 77 units sold this February and 150 YTD, sales are almost doubling regarding last year, so the first signs are positive.

Last year leader, the Nissan Leaf, lost the First Spot for the BMW i3, with another surprise being the #4 of the Nissan e-NV200 / Evalia, will we see it reach a podium seat and even outsell its Leaf brethren? It has the home advantage, so i wouldn't bet against it.

The #7 Renault Zoe is experiencing a slow start, even staying behind it's more utilitarian brother, the Kangoo ZE.

Looking at the rest of the YTD table, the Porsche Cayenne Plug-in had a great landing, jumping to #8 and already beating it's older brother Panamera.

On the manufacturers ranking, the Nissan - Renault duel continues, with the japanese carmaker currently having the edge (27% Share) over its french cousin (24% for Renault), but BMW (19%) is closing in on them, so there are signs that this time the Alliance will have some real competition to run against.
