How To View Your Heart Rate Data From Apple Watch on iPhone

The Apple Watch measures your heart rate every 10 minutes to keep a track of your fitness and how many calories you are burning.

You can view your heart rate data collected by the Apple Watch on your iPhone. But you won't find your actual heart rate BPM in the new iOS Activity app. Instead Apple keeps that data in the Health app.

To view your measured heart rate data from Apple Watch on iPhone:

1. Open the 'Health' app on your iPhone.

2. Tap the bottom button, 'Health Data'.

3. Scroll through the list - find and tap, 'Heart Rate'.

4. Now you can view all your collected heart rate data and sort through different graphs like; day, week, month, year, or show all data.

5. For quick access next time, switch on 'Show on dashboard'. Your heart rate information will now show on the first button on the bottom of the screen, 'Dashboard', along with any other data you set to show there; example: Steps.
