When's Hari Raya again? One of the first hotels to hold their Ramadhan buffet preview, GTower KL celebrates the arrival of the holy month by reuniting your beloved one with their traditional culinary experience. The Ramadan Buffet dinner which will be held at GTower, Kuala Lumpur starting from 20th June 2015 until 14th July 2015 will be serving traditional Malaysian cuisine with live cooking stations assuring the retention of natural taste and freshness of dishes.

The first green building in Malaysia, GTower will mark the celebration of Ramadhan with a special Ramadhan Buffet at the building's Mezzanine floor. Under the tutelage of Chef Sherry who has more than 20 years of gastronomical experience in traditional Malaysian cuisine, GTower's culinary team will present a buffet spread that boasts a plethora of local specialty.

Offering a wide range of selection from appetizer to dessert in four different menus, GTower prepared some really good noms to honor the special month of the year. The buffet showcases mixed salads, meat, seafood, hot dishes in claypot and assortment of desserts. The claypot hot dishes menu which will be offered in weekly basis comprise of the rice selecion such as Nasi Briyani, Fragrant Rice, Nasi Ulam and many more.

Selection of meat from the claypot dishes include the Ayam Panggang Berempah, Daging Masak Hitam and Daging Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api whereas the selection of seafood are Sambal Udang Petai (my favourite), Ikan Pari Bakar dengan Asam, Tenggiri Masak Asam Pedas and more. To add to the highlights of the buffet, live cooking stations are serving oodles of noodles with robust flavours like Mee Rebus Rasa Pilihan and Mihun Sup Utara. Meanwhile the Rojak Singapura and the traditional Popiah Basah are also available and will be prepared upon request.
