A new feature that was announced for Apple's Safari web browser at the WWDC 2015 Keynote event was the ability of Pinned Sites. A handy feature to keep the tabs that you seem to always check through out the day, always open.
Now if you're a Google Chrome user, you're probably thinking, hang on, Safari is just getting this feature now? Chrome has had this for ages! Yes. But Apple makes it look and act better with a fancier animation. But that feature is coming later this fall as a part of OS X El Capitan.
Incase you didn't know you could already use pinned tabs in Google Chrome, here's how to do so:
Pinning a tab in Google Chrome is simple! Just right click on the open tab and then select "Pin Tab". To unpin a tab, right click on the pinned tab, then just select "Unpin Tab".
While Google Chrome seems to always lack in updates to the fancy visuals and animations, when it comes to features, extensions, and general overall performance - I think Chrome is still way better web browser and this Safari release - is Apple playing catch-up.
