How to Install PAC-Man Rom on Moto G 3rd generation ( 2015 ) -

Step 1. Your Phone must be having unlocked Bootloader , Rooted and TWRP Installed .

Step 2. Download PAC-Man Custom Rom and Its Gapps for Moto G 3rd generation from below .

Step 3. Boot to Recovery mode .

Step 4. Clear data , Clear cache , Clear dalvik cache .

Step 5. Select Install zip from Sdcard .

Step 6. Choose the file you downloaded following Step 2 ( First flash CrDroid , then flash Gapps ) . 

Step 7. Reboot system now .
