The story dating back to July 2011 Liang Mong-song, who was working as an administrator on the R & D department in TSMC company then moved on to work at Samsung LSI sector.Where he revealed technical secrets of the development of processors for Samsung.
According to the CommonWealth magazine Taiwanese : Liang was the reason why Samsung overtake TSMC in the race of processors and chipset manufacturing using 14 and 16-nanometer .
Taiwan's Supreme Court says that the two processors seem similar to a very large extent.
The court also imposed a ban on the work of Liang in Samsung until the end of this year.
