Apple has sold 13 million units of iPhone 6S at the end of the first week



Apple announced that it had managed to sell 13 million units of the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus at the end of the first week. Apple broke the record of last year when it managed to sell 10 million units of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus at the end of the first week of last year, and this means that Apple has been able to surpass the previous record of about 3 million units.

Moreover, Apple also has said it aims to launch iPhone 6S phones in 40 countries as of October 9 these countries include Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan. On the day of October 10 will be launched in other countries, including Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. And the iPhone 6S will be available in India, Malaysia and Turkey as of October 16.

It seems that the new iPhone 6S is on track to be the most smart phone popularity throughout history with the knowledge that each new generation of the iPhone become the most popular phone in comparison with previous models of the same device.
