Larger RAM for smartphones at the moment come the size of 4GB, but it seems that this is about to change so that is expected to see Samsung used random memories 6GB size in smart phones in the future.
Samsung has just announced its latest random memory for portable devices 12Gb LPDDR4 and that will come in 3GB and 6GB versions in one package. It should be noted that such random memory allows users to very large smoothness and good performance when it comes to multitasking and web browsing on mobile devices supported by the latest operating systems. It should also be noted that the new RAM 12Gb LPDDR4 6GB size that can easily fit the same space used by the current RAM size of 3GB.
