Some Facebook users have noticed the presence of a frame counter in the statutes. But the social network said it was a bug, not a feature tested.
For a few hours, some users thought that Facebook had deployed a feature that lets users know how many people saw their statuses on the social network.
Indeed, a frame counter began appearing in the statutes of profiles. As reported by the website Mashable, the frame counter appeared more specifically on the Facebook mobile site.
For a few hours, and some have thought that this was one of the many tests that are conducted by Facebook. However, the company has already indicated that it is not a feature that is about to deploy or test but rather a bug which, incidentally, seems to have been fixed at the time this writing.
Remember, Facebook up a frame counter under the videos on its platform. For pages, there is also an indicator called "reach" for the page that allows administrators to know how many people saw a publication. But I think for simple statutes and photos published by the profiles, it is better for everyone that there is not a frame counter.
