Sony revealed the full list of the Xperia, which will get the update of Android 6.0 Marshmallow in late this year or early next year. On the Sony devices that will get the updated Android 6.0 Marshmallow it include:

- Xperia Z5 Premium
- Xperia Z4 Tablet
- Xperia Z3 +
- Xperia Z3
- Xperia Z3 Compact
- Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact
- Xperia Z2
- Xperia Z2 Tablet
- Xperia M5
- Xperia C5 Ultra
- Xperia M4 Aqua
- Xperia C5
The company only said that it will issue the update of Android 6.0 Marshmallow respectively. The timing will differ depending on the country and the telecommunications company.
