Just a couple of days back I was at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur Hotel to savour some really nice afternoon tea set. Aptly named the Chocolatey Delights, and in conjunction with World Celebrity Chef Series 2015, award-winning artisan chocolatier and pâtissier Tim Clark will be at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur from November 15 to November 20 2015. It will be an entire week of indulgence to entice the connoisseurs of finest chocolate delights.

Renowned for his masterful chocolate art pieces including the four meter long delight of edible chocolate garden, this celebrity chocolatier, Tim Clark began his career in Germany. Training extensively at a one star Michelin restaurant, he went on to take the role of Executive Pastry Chef with an international luxury cruise liner. He later on became accredited as the youngest Executive Pastry Chef in Crown Melbourne. Pretty awesome credentials.

We were treated to a flurry of wonderful chocolate and afternoon tea delights that day, at IVIV (OneSixFive) @ InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. The set is named the Artisanal Afternoon Tea where one gets to enjoy the finest indulgence of Chef Time Clark's ambrosial selection such as Strawberry Mascarpone Cake, Murray River Salted Caramel Macaron, Choc Pop with Freeze Dried Raspberry and more with a pot of selected house tea.

The Artisanal Afternoon Tea set is available daily between 2pm to 5pm at RM160 nett per tea stand, inclusive of two pots of tea at IVIV (OneSixFive) Lounge and Bar. Get up close and personal with Tim Clark, as he flaunts his skills in creating the best in new and innovative cakes, chocolates, pastries and macarons for afternoon tea, dessert menu, chocolate buffet as well as a master cooking class from 15 November to 20th November 2015.
