Hey! guys finally the wait has now came to an end as Cyanogenmod has rolled out its new CM13 Running on android 6.0 for Xiaomi Redmi 1s. Although rom has some bugs but its good to flash and it provides you many new incredible features.
So, here in this post we are going to tell you about HOW TO INSTALL CM13 ANDROID 6.0 (MARSHMALLOW) ON XIAOMI REDMI 1S.
SO LETS GET STARTED.
Your device must be rooted and custom recovery must be installed

PRE-REQUESTS
1.Phone must be above 70% charged.
2. Download Rom And Gapps From link given in description.
3. Backup all your data before flashing the rom.

It is highly advised to use TWRP recovery for flashing this rom.
HOW TO FLASH CM13 Android Marshmallow ROM ON Xiaomi Redmi 1s.
1. Store the downloaded ROM.zip onto your SD card.( don't unzip the ROM).
2.Now boot your device into recovery.
FOR CWM.
Backup your stock ROM.
Go to backup and restore
Click on backup.
A. Go to wipe data/factory reset.
B. Go to advanced wipe dalvik cache.
C. Now wipe cache partition.
D. Go to mounts and storage format everything except USB storage and SD card.
E. Now click on install zip.
F. Now navigate to the folder where u have stored the custom rom.
G. Wait for ROM to install.
Now don't reboot
First wipe dalvik cache and wipe cache partition.
First and second boot may take more time than usual so don't panic。
For TWRP.
Backup your stock ROM.
Go to backup and restore
Swipe to backup.
1. Factory reset your device through TWRP.
2. Go to install zip.
3. Navigate to the folder where u have stored custom rom.
4. Wait for ROM to install.
5. Wipe cache.
6. Reboot into system.
First and second boot may take more time than usual so don't panic。

Known bugs/Issues:
FM isn't enabled in this build. CM needs work on it
SElinux is permissive. Will be solved as time passes
CM File Manager don't seem to work properly atm. Install any other file manager from Play Store.
As this is an early marshmallow build, many apps seems not functioning well with mm. It's app issue.
