Recently, Windows insiders were invited to witness the Lumia 950 and 950XL launch event that will take place in London and Manchester this December. However, Microsoft already scheduled the launch event for December 2 to be precise, and they’re promising the Microsoft Display Dock (turn an external screen into a PC-like experience) to the first set of insiders that will purchase the Lumia 950 or 950XL during the event. Of course, they’ll sell the products while the event is on.
Specs-wise, the Lumia 950 and Lumia 960XL both features 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with expandable memory up to 200GB, 20MP rear camera, USB Type-C, windows continuum, liquid cooling and a 1440p OLED displays. The 950XL comes with a larger screen display (5.7 inches) compared to the Lumi 950 (5.2 inches).
The launch event starts 6PM local time, and every windows insider that has received the invitation is expected to honor it.
