A few days after seeding iOS 9.3 beta 1 to developers, Apple has released iOS 9.3 Public Beta 1 to beta testers as a part of its public beta program. As we mentioned in our in-depth preview of iOS 9.3 beta 1, this release is filled to the brim with new features like the f.lux-inspired Night Shift mode, additional 3D Touch Quick Actions, and much more.
For those who wish to participate in the beta program, Apple has a dedicated page for signups, which you can find here.

For those who are already signed up for the beta testing program, and have their iOS device running pre-release software, the iOS 9.3 update is available as an over-the-air (OTA) software update on that device.
For its part, iOS 9.3 is a pretty sizable update, including several new features. That includes the likes of Night Shift, which changes the amount of blue light the iOS user sees on their display after night sets in. The iOS 9.3 update also allows an iPhone to pair with multiple Apple Watches, and brings new education-focused features to the fore.
