Asus Pegasus 5000 Is The Latest From Asus. Specs Inside

You don't know what Asus has been up to lately but I will hint it. The Chinese company seem to be shifting focus on equipping all its recent phones with mega batteries and that is something nice or what do you think

Well the gist is, Asus has just launched the Asus Pegasus 5000 which packs a massive 4840mAh battery just like the Asus ZenFone Max (5000mAh battery). However, the Pegasus 5000 Smartphone comes with its own unique design and features which makes it different from the ZenFone Max.

The new smartphone comes in two variants, the base model packing a 2GB RAM and costing around N43.000 while the other packs a 3GB RAM and costs around N63.000. So what are the specs?

TECH SPECIFICATIONS
On the new Pegasus 5000 from Asus you will find a 5.5 inch full HD display on the front with Corning's Gorilla Glass protecting the display. Inside, hides a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset that is paired up with 2GB or 3GB of RAM depending on the model and 16GB of internal storage. It can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card as well.

The device also boasts a 13MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and an LED flash on the back, and a 5MP front facing camera. Connectivity options include support for 4G and 3G bands, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and micro-USB port for charging and data transfer.

All the above relies on a 4840mAh battery for power and they come packaged in a construction that is just 9mm thick, weighs just 176 grams to make for easy handling.

What do you think about this smartphone? Will you be rocking it when available in Nigeria?
