Samsung receive a new lawsuit over Android updates

Dutch Consumentenbond Dutch which happen to be the largest international agency in the Netherlands for Consumer Protection filed a new lawsuit against Samsung. According to the lawsuit that Samsung does not provide software updates at the right time for a large number of Android phones.

According to the agency, it has had to take this step since it has to discuss this issue with Samsung taking into consideration that he has not accomplished a lot to alleviate the situation. As a result, the Agency has filed a lawsuit against Samsung after both parties could not reach any agreement.

Dutch Consumentenbond agency claims that Samsung is guilty of unfair trade practices, noting that Samsung did not say in clear terms to customers so long that they should be expected before getting updates. Apart from that, the Agency explained that Samsung did not come out the bulk of their cards on security updates, including security update for a loophole Stagefright. Of course, the Dutch Consumentenbond agency also said that Samsung is the biggest target and the most obvious because of its grip on the domestic market, despite the fact that other companies are also guilty alike.
