Today at CES in Las Vegas, Lenovo announced the new Lenovo VIBE S1 Lite – proving affordability, performance, and entertainment go hand-in-hand.
Not all photo ops happen in bright light and sometimes the perfect selfie suffers in dim lighting. So Lenovo gave the VIBE S1 Lite an 8MP front camera with a 5-piece lens for zero-distortion, a Sony image sensor, and a built-in selfie flash to increase the amount of light captured. Looking to take a ‘groupie’? The panoroama selfies feature will get the entire crew in and, retouching software ensures everyone is social sharing ready. Lenovo didn’t stop at selfies; they also added a 13MP PDAF rear camera and dual LED CCT rear flash to deliver crisper-colored images every time the sun sets.
Primed for all types of entertainment, Lenovo VIBE S1 comes with a 5.0” wide-view Full HD display, and it keeps users mobile with its powerful 2700mAh battery capable of playing movies or music videos for hours. They also designed it to handle the streaming, downloading and multitasking users expect, thanks to its 64-bit MTK 6753 octa-core 1.3 GHz processor and LTE connectivity. And 16GB of built-in memory, plus up to 32GB expandable through microSD storage, means lots of room for music, movies, games and images.
That’s not all. Lenovo VIBE S1 Lite looks good and feels good too with its wrapped metallic frame and ergonomic curved back making it extremely comfortable and sleek looking. It will be available in Matte White and Matte Blue.
Pricing and Availability
Priced at $199 (USD) Lenovo VIBE S1 Lite will be available starting early this year in countries where Lenovo smartphones are sold. Prices may vary from country to country for all models stated above.
