Galaxy Note 6 may include internal memory of 256GB

Galaxy Note 6 is the next phone from Samsung after it announced last week for the two phones Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. Of course, it is not expected to be announced for the phone Galaxy Note 6 for until the second half of this year, probably in the month of August or September.

It appears that the next phone Galaxy Note 6 will feature internal memory size of 256GB. In fact, it was concluded that prognosis after Samsung announced its internal memory for portable devices of the type Universal Flash Storage or what is known simply as UFS size of 256GB, so the technical community has predicted that Samsung is using this new storage memory for mobile devices in the phone Galaxy Note 6. According to Samsung, the new 256GB memory features high-speed data processing. Samsung says that it refer to the fact that this memory is based on the V-NAND technology the most advanced and specially designed to provide high performance.

Samsung says that the UFS memory address up to 45 thousand and 40 thousand process of input and output of the random reading and writing respectively, and this is what is about twice faster than the previous generation of memories UFS. Unfortunately, Samsung did not reveal any details about the devices that will use this new storage memory.
