HTC has launched a new Desire series smartphone for the India, the Desire 626 Dual SIM. The phone was first launched in Taiwan last year, followed by the U.S with different specs.
The HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor with Mali T760 GPU and 2GB RAM alongside 16GB internal storage, which can be increased via microSD card up to 128GB.
Camera department is handled by 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture and 28mm lens. On the front there is 5-megapixel snapper that comes with BSI sensor and 32mm lens. Both front and rear camera can record 1080p videos.
The Dual SIM handset runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with HTC Sense 6.0 on top and supports 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX and GPS. It comes with Dual front-facing stereo speakers and is fueled by 2000mAh battery.
The HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM is priced at Rs. 14,990 and will be available across the country through major retailers soon. It comes in Blue Lagoon and White Birch colors.
