Earlier this week, Intex launched two budget smartphones, the Aqua Wing and Aqua Raze. Now Intex has listed a new Aqua series smartphone on its website, the Aqua Freedom. The main highlight of the phone is its 3000mAh battery that promises up to 8-12 hours of talk-time and up to 200-300 hours of standby time.
The Intex Aqua Freedom sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor with Mali 400 GPU and 1GB RAM. On-board storage is 8GB, which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.
For photography, there is 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and supports 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. OTG is also supported.
The Intex Aqua Freedom is priced at Rs. 5,790 and is expected to go on sale soon. It comes in White and Black color.
