Apple is expected to launch the iPad Air 3 in March, alongside the 4-inch iPhone 5se and new Apple Watch models. A new dimensional drawing has surfaced online that gives us an insight about the iPad Air 3 design.
The drawing reveals the dimension of the iPad 3 that is 240 x 169.6 x 6.15 mm making it 0.05mm thicker and 0.1mm wider that the iPad Air 2.
The iPad Air 3 appears borrow its design cues from the iPad Pro and is said to pack a couple of iPad Pro features. The tablet will have 4 speakers layout and a Smart Connector on the side to connect Apple's own smart accessories like keyboard. It will also have a flash sensor to go along side the rear camera.
The Apple iPad 3 is expected to come with a 9.7-inch display with 4K resolution. Other specs are said to be similar to the business centric iPad Pro including the use of A9X chipset and 4GB RAM. The iPad 3 is also rumored to support Apple Pencil.
