The China based OEM, Tecno Mobie is about to unveil the successor of the well known Tecno boom J7 which is codenamed, “Tecno Boom J8”. However, we managed to compile the leaked specifications, features and price of the smartphone with a detailed review that was revealed by an insider. We also gathered some leaked images of the Tecno Boom J8.
Tecno Boom J8 is said to run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system which is powered by a 64-bit Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 processor, Mediatek MT6753 chipset, Mali-T720 GPU coupled with a 2GB RAM component and 16GB internal storage memory.
Connectivity: Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, NFC and microUSB v2.0.
Messaging: SMS (threaded view), MMS, Email, Push Mail, IM

Price tag: N28,000 – N30,000.

The Tecno Boom J8 spots a 5.5-inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 16M color, 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, phantom-like in size and comes with a 13MP rear camera with clear pixel resolution featuring optical image stabilization, phase detection autofocus and LED flash, a 5MP front snapper featuring geo-tagging, touch focus, and face detection, HDR and panorama.
