Xiaomi is going to unveil the Mi 5 in just a few hours, but a retailer has already jumped the gun and published all the information online. XiaomiDevice listed both the Xiaomi Mi 5 andXiaomi Mi 5 Plus on its website with pictures, specs, and prices.
We already knew the specs of both devices, but in case you need a refresh, here is a quick roundup.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 will be packing a 5.2" 2K (1440x2560) IPS display and will run on Snapdragon 820 chip with 4GB of RAM. The rest of the specs include a 16MP rear snapper with a dual-LED flash and a front 8MP selfie shooter. You can opt for a 16GB or 64GB models, and since there is no memory expansion available, you should probably get the latter. Gold, White, and Black are your color options.
The Mi 5 Plus is almost the same device but with a bigger screen. It will offer either 5.7" or 6.0" big 2K IPS display, larger battery, and will be available in 64GB flavor only.
XiaomiDevice lists the 16GB Mi 5 for $499.99, while the 64GB models cost $599.99. The Mi 5 Plus is also listed at $599.99.
