Samsung has just unveiled a premium Windows 10-running tablet - the Galaxy TabPro S. The slate is a 2-in-1 device with a detachable keyboard and an option to purchase and use proprietary Bluetooth Pen and a multi-port adapter.
The Galaxy TabPro S offers a big 12" Super AMOLED display of 1440p resolution and runs on 6th generation Intel Core M dual-core 2.26GHz processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. The TabPro S can be configured with 128GB or 256GB SSD, supports LTE Cat.6 connectivity and relies on a 5,200 mAh battery. Finally, you get a rear 5MP AF camera and a front 5MP snapper.
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S will run on either Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro, depending on your needs. The full-sized keyboard cover is bundled within the retail box and it comes with a touchpad and a flexible hinge.
The slate is just 6.3mm thin and weighs 693g. It will be available in Wi-Fi and LTE models this February, but the pricing is yet to be announced.
Samsung designed two exclusive accessories for the TabPro S - a Bluetooth Pen and an optional port adapter giving you HDMI, regular USB and USB Type-C ports. The slate has just one USB Type-C port, so we guess many people will be opting for the multi-port adapter for sure.
