1- Name That Note
This is an excellent app to help you improve your music reading. It’s a note spelling quiz to help you learn note names on a staff.made up of three levels of difficulty: beginner level (10 questions), intermediate level (20 questions), and advanced level (30 questions). Name That Note uses a ‘flash card style’ way of displaying the question along with four answers, one correct and three incorrect, to choose from. Just like a multiple choice question only one answer is the correct one. After an answer is selected, or the time limit for that question runs out, the correct answer is displayed briefly before going to the next question. Once there are no more questions a total score is given.

This is another good iPad app to use for learning to read musical notes and keys. Th app is designed by a music teacher and embeds a number of helpful tutorials teaching you all about music fundamentals from musical alphabet to the staff and more. The app also features challenging quizzes to strengthen you memory of music notes on the staff and key signatures.
3- Music Note Sight Reading Trainer
