Apple at its event in Cupertino finally announced the iPhone SE, 'The most powerful phone with a 4-inch display', putting all the rumors to rest. The handset sports a design similar to that of iPhone 5s, but has the hardware specs of iPhone 6s.
Apple usually keeps some of the hardware details of its iOS devices including RAM and battery capacity of under the wrap, and this time is no exception. However, Apple has provided the official battery life numbers of the iPhone SE, and has been rated to offer better battery backup than the iPhone 5s as well as iPhone 6s. This could be due to the display size and lower screen resolution of the iPhone SE.
According to the number's iPhone SE can offer better battery life with web usage on 3G, LTE and WiFi, and video playback than the iPhone 6s. However, when it comes to talk time, stand by time and audio playback both iPhone SE and iPhone 6s offer the same battery life.
