After the discovery of Stagefright vulnerability on Android devices, Google and various OEMs committed to deliver monthly security updates in order to avoid exposing users from new threats.
BlackBerry one the OEM after the launch of 'Priv' promised also promised to roll out the monthly security update for the device. Now four months after Google started releasing monthly security updates, BlackBerry has announced that it is the first OEM to actually deliver the update.
