Intex Technologies have been agressively pushing 4G LTE smartphone in the Indian market. The Domestic smartphone maker has introduced a new 4G smartphone, the Aqua 4G Strong by listing on its website.
The highlight of the Aqua 4G Strong is its support for VoLTE (Voice over LTE), which means it should work with Reliance's upcoming Jio 4G Network. As per the listing, the handset supports the two LTE bands in India - FDD 1800MHz (Band 3) and TDD 2300MHz (Band 40).
The Intex Aqua 4G Strong sports a 4-inch 480 x 800 display and is powered by 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M processor with 768MB RAM and 4GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
For imaging, it packs 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and VGA front facing camera. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, and supports 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity. It is fueled by 1700mAh battery, which promises up to six hours of talk time and up to 240 hours of standby time.
The Intex Aqua 4G Storng is priced at Rs. 4,499 and comes in Grey and Champagne Gold colors. There are no availability details.
