First trailer for ‘Steve Jobs: The Man in the Machine’ documentary makes its way online

A new movie about Apple’s legendary co-founder, titled ‘Steve Jobs: The Man in the Machine,’ is scheduled to open in select theaters in less than two weeks and Mashable today released the first official trailer which provides an early look into the forthcoming documentary.

Unfortunately, some at Apple weren’t to fond of the film, which was showcased at this year’s SXSW, including executive Eddy Cue, which expressed his disappointment with the documentary after watching it earlier this year:
Very disappointed in SJ:Man in the Machine. An inaccurate and mean-spirited view of my friend. It's not a reflection of the Steve I knew.
The director has managed to capture several of Jobs’ personal acquaintances for his film, first shown four months ago at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas. The exclusive screening reportedly drew ire of several Apple employees who apparently walked out.

The film follows Jobs’ path from a small house in the suburbs, to zen temples in Japan to the CEO’s office of the world’s richest company, “exploring how Jobs’ life and work shaped our relationship with the computer.”
