Also Now its clear that Moto G 2015 : 8GB variant will come with 1GB RAM and snapdragon 410 , and 16GB variant will come with 2GB RAM and snapdragon 610 .

Also A retailer confirmed that 8GB variant will come with Snapdragon 410 and 16GB variant will come  with Snapdragon 610 and 

In Addition with , both the devices will be identical with same features .
