Apple just released iOS 9.0.2 for all eligible iOS devices. The update is another bug fix update that follows closely on the heels of iOS 9.0.1, which was just released last week. The update is available as an OTA update now. You can find the update by going to Settings → General → Software Update.
According to the release notes, iOS 9.0.2 includes the following bug fixes and improvements:
Fixes an issue with the setting to turn on or off app cellular data usageIf you’re not getting the update via OTA update then you can download the appropriate iOS 9.0.1 IPSW file for your device from the links provided below. You can check your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch’s back cover for the model number to download the appropriate download link.
– Resolves an issue that prevented iMessage activation for some users
– Resolves an issue where an iCloud backup could be interrupted after starting a manual backup
– Fixes an issue where the screen could incorrectly rotate when receiving notifications
– Improves the stability of Podcasts

iPod touch (6th generation)iOS 9.0.2 fixes the lock screen security flaw that was introduced in iOS 9, which allowed anyone to bypass passcode to access Photos and Contacts. From iOS 9.0.2 security notes:
Impact: A person with physical access to an iOS device may be able to access photos and contacts from the lock screen
Description: A lock screen issue allowed access to photos and contacts on a locked device. This issue was addressed by restricting options offered on a locked device.
