Earlier this year, I talked about how you can request a desktop site from an iOS device. This would let you view the desktop version of a site on your iOS device for many sites. In iOS 9, that's changed. To do it now, you'll have to hold the refresh button down until the option appears to "Request Desktop Site." I hope this helps!
