With the evolution of various hardcore PC games these days Acer is on the line to catch your attention with the new Acer Predator 17. The Acer Predator 17 is a powerful gaming laptop with a high asking price, but it offers something very worthwhile in return for your investment. In comparison, the Apple MacBook Air 13 asks for similar price but Acer Predator 17 seem to promise more in terms of gaming ability. In addition to a bright 17 inch screen the Acer Predator has some cool proprietary software and flashy lights.
THE DESIGN
When you see black and red colours what comes to mind in strength. Well if you agree with me then the black-red colour scheme of the Acer Predator 17 boils down to the fact that the laptop is a powerhorse. The chassis of the Predator 17 is made of plastic with a matte finish all around in order to give the device a soft touch.
As you should normally expect from a gaming laptop, the Acer Predator 17 features many ports to solve all connectivity needs. Looking at the side reveals four USB 3.0 ports (one of which can charge devices while the laptop is turned off), the laptop has a USB Type-C port, a display port (for UHD video out), an HDMI port, an Ethernet port, a headphone jack, a microphone jack, an SD card reader and a slot for a Kensington lock.

CONFIGURATION AND PRICE
Well the Acer Predator 17 features a Core i7 processor, an impressive 32GB of RAM (upgradeable to 64, just in case you need to run a dozen games at once) as well as an integrated Intel graphics card that can save some power and effort for the fans when you're just typing up an e-mail or watching a movie over the Internet. For something solid as this Acer is asking for around N320.000.
