Alcatel has introduced its first Windows 10 laptop/tablet hybrid called the Plus 10 at MWC 2016. It comes bundled with a keyboard that has built-in SIM slot for 4G LTE, so users can use it as a WiFi hotspot for up to 15 users.
The hybrid can be used in three modes - tablet, laptop when docked to a keyboard and Dock mode where the tablet is placed on the keyboard with its back towards the keys.
The tablet comes with 5-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front facing camera. For connectivity there is a USB port, Micro-USB 2.0 port and a micro HDMI port. The 2-in-1 tablet packs a 5830mAh battery while the keyboard houses an extra 2580mAh battery, that brings the total battery capacity to 8140mAh that promises 8 hours of runtime.
The Alcatel Plus 10 will be available in Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Africa in June 2016. Pricing details is yet to be announced.
