Some of you may remember VirnetX Company, a company that successful in patent issues. This company has to take many of the corporate giants including Apple to court in recent years. The mention of Apple, VirnetX company has been able to succeed in persuading the court that make Apple pay 368 million US dollars in compensation for damages.
It seems that VirnetX company has been able to win again on Apple in a new lawsuit between the two companies. According to the court's ruling, Apple will pay about 625 million US dollars for the company of VirnetX as compensation for damages resulting from infringement of patents owned by VirnetX company which related to the provision of FaceTime and iMessage services.
It is not surprising to hear that Apple is seeking to appeal the decision, also it said was surprised by this decision causing him to get very disappointed.
