Apple launched an official account of the support on Twitter, this means that it will start providing assistance to its customers through Twitter. The official support account is already available and did not take more than 30 minutes after launch to begin helping customers who are having problems with their Apple products.
It deals with questions that cover services such as Apple Music and procedures for the preparation Apple ID account, and so of other things. This account also goes to provide tips on how to use Apple products.
Apple already has several accounts on Twitter for various services such as iTunes and Apple Music and other services, but never offered support in this way. This suggests that Apple feel more comfortable in helping customers through Twitter.
